He is working to bring about a unique hybrid model of Family Medicine called the Integrated Care Model which involves nestling a core of Family Medicine services and building secondary/specialty care around it. He has been an active speaker in various conferences at the State, National, and International level and holds great recognition from WONCA, AFPI, FPA, IMA in their academic circles. He has presented research papers pertaining to clinical medicine, clinical quality & use of technology in medical practice at a global & national level too.
