Dr. Srikanth was appointed as the Registrar in Surgical Oncology at the Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology in October 1992. After two years, he was recruited as a lecturer in General Surgery at the M.S. Ramaiah Medical College in Bangalore. In 1996 September, he was again appointed as the Registrar in General Surgery at the Llandough Hospital, Cardiff in the UK. From 1998 till now, he has been serving as a consultant in general and laparoscopic surgery in various high profiled hospitals, the lists of hospitals is: St. Martha’s Hospital, Bangalore Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Bangalore Fortis Hospital, Bangalore Mallya hospital, Bangalore Dr. Srikanth firmly believes that the benefits of laparoscopic, gastrointestinal and bariatric surgery should be passed on to one and all irrespective of the socioeconomic status.
