Biriyani is a major source of fats. In fact, you are likely to get almost around 10 to 25 grams of fat from each serving of biriyani, though the quantity of fat content in this dish may depend on the amount of ghee or cooking oil used or the type of meat in it.

4. Vitamins and minerals:

There are very small amounts of vitamins and minerals that are present in a plate of biriyani. If you are consuming vegetable biriyani, then you are likely to get vitamins like vitamin B12, and minerals such as iron, zinc, potassium, and magnesium from the red meat, spices, and the rice.
