She was the first gynecologist of the region to start Transvaginal Sonography, Gynecological Endoscopic (Keyhole) Surgery, Color Doppler Ultrasound, Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI), In-Vitro fertilization (IVF) and Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) Centre and immunotherapy for recurrent pregnancy loss. She has performed more than 10,000 Lapro-Hysteroscopic Surgeries and has mastered difficult Laparoscopic surgeries like Myomectomies and Techniques of laparoscopic Endosuturing. She regularly trains post graduates in Endoscopy from all over the world. She also gives excellent hands-on training in ICSI to Embryologists. She has a keen interest in IVF and ICSI and does the Embryology herself so that she can quickly identify any troubleshooting problem in this very sensitive science. Attended the annual conference of “American Society for Reproductive Medicine” at Philadelphia, USA to gain more knowledge in the field of assisted reproductive technologies (ART). She has Completed Course in Molecular and Cytogenesis organized by ICMR at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute, Lucknow.
