Dr. Jitendra Singh Raghuvanshi has done pioneering work in the field of positive health against Drug Abuse and AIDS control by blending physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life for the welfare of human beings. He has a great organizational capacity to improve and create multiuse mobilization of people for a good cause and possesses leadership quality in the field of health education, family welfare, women and child development, community health, and Rural Development sector. Research/ Workshop Activities: Clinical evaluation of Sarpagandha compound on hypertension. Therapeutic Evaluation of Ayurvedic Medicine and treatment of Diabetes Mellitus with Neuropathy. Major stress on Fundamentals of health and principles for – Happy and Healthy family norms relating to tribal society (National Study, Concluded as seminar/ Training at Rabindra Bhavan, Bhopal, March 2003). Collection of objects of Art and Craft including Divine herbs ‘Rigveda Time – Soma etc.’ and documentation of cultural crafts – music, folk dance literature was awarded and he was on the Himalayas during the project (2001-2002), Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India. Role of cultural activities in creating social awareness, National seminar at Panna, M.P. 2005-2006. Creating awareness of life and principles of Lord Mahavir, New Delhi 2001- 04. Got able to rename the Pankha Road as Bhagwan Mahavir Marg with permission of Municipal Corporation of Delhi in May 2003 vides letter number MD/25/2003 dated 09/05/2003. This work has been done elaborate the message of peace & nonviolence by Lord Mahavir. Camps are being organized to strengthen the movement of peace & nonviolence
