Dr. H. N. Bajaj studied medicine from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He did his Diploma Orthopaedics and MS Orthopaedics. Dr. H. N. Bajaj started his career in Manipal; from Manipal he got an opportunity to go to the UK, Australia and Malaysia. This gave his seven years of international exposure. Due to his hardworking efforts in patient care he drastically changed surgical care in Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, Vasant Kunj after he came back from abroad in 2007. Due to his sincere hardworking efforts in patient care he drastically changed surgical care that Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, Vasant Kunj. He popularised Anterior approach for complex spine problems, fixation of implants in TB of the spine was strongly supported by him. After that he joined Max Healthcare as Chief Spinal Surgeon, Department of Orthopaedics & Joint Replacement Surgery.
