Dr Gurveen Waraich Garekar

Dr (Major) Gurveen Waraich Garekar is a certified dermatologist who has the unique distinction of having worked with the elite hospitals of the Indian armed forces along with established cosmetic dermatology clinics of Delhi/NCR (Kaya skin clinics). She has been associated with Armed Forces Medical College, Pune from where she completed her MBBS and then went on to pursue her post-graduation in M.D. Dermatology from Command hospital Air force, her decade long association with the Army she has honed her clinical skills and has worked all over the country in major Army hospitals. During her tenure she has completed an extensive research project evaluating and comparing the effects of Fractional laser and dermarollers on acne scars.Since her retirement from short service commission she has applied her clinical dermatology skills and knowledge to the field of cosmetology as well. The doctor has worked with Kaya skin clinic, DLF Galleria and is an expert in execution of various cosmetic procedures such as Chemical peels, Mesotherapy, Botox and advanced Fillers. She has undergone hands on training in Lasers through Association of Cutaneous surgeons of India. Capitalizing on her comprehensive knowledge of dermatology the doctor has developed an approach to a cosmetology client that is both clinically and scientifically sound.
