Dr. Ritesh Chawla is B.A.M.S, MD Kayachikitsa (MUMBAI) Ayurvedic Consultant & Panchkarma Specialist, Certified in Yoga (DAV College), PGDMT (af) Germany. He is presently Assist. Professor in Kayachikitsa, (Ayurvedic Medicine ) Dept. , SLN AY College, Amritsar and Finance Secretary GPS Pharmacy College (Ayurveda), Jethuwal. His present activities involve Managing Chronic Diseases through Ayurveda, Yoga and Panchkarma & Promoting Ayurveda Worldwide. Special Research Interests:- 1. Study of indigenous plants/ their formulations in various diseases. 2. Evaluate the Rasayan Therapy with respect to geriatrics. 3. Alopecia Treatment(Alopecia Universalis, Alopecia Totalis, Alopecia Areata) and management through Ayurveda and Panchkarma. 4. Bone and Spinal Problems, treatment and management with Panchakarma, Marma, Agnikarma Therapies. 5. Erectile Dysfunction, Pre-Mature Ejaculation - Uttarbasti (Panchkarma Procedure) 6. Study of Different lepa (Face packs, Hair Packs and Body Packs) compounds In Enhancing Beauty of Hair and Skin. He published various articles in National and international Magazines for upliftment of Ayurvedic System of Medicine and making people aware of about the potential treatments of Ayurveda and Panchkarma. He Aired many radio interview and television interviews for providing knowledge of Ayurveda and its principles to the common public. He delivered many lectures to the students and Govt Ayurvedic Medical officers for upgrading their knowledge in Ayurveda and Panchkarma.
