Good source for potassium, fibres and energy, but moderation is key don’t over consume. Safe and beneficial for kids say 1 per day or more depends on age. Fat quantity should not be worrisome.
Banana benefits children greatly.
Boosts Energy: Natural carbohydrates and sugars give active kids a fast and sustained energy lift.
Helps in Digestion: Dietary fiber and pectin keep little guts healthy and prevent constipation.
Gentle on Tummies: Soft textures make them easy to digest, serving as an ideal early food for babies starting solids.

🍌 Banana: Is it healthy for children?
Yes. Banana is a healthy fruit for children and can be included regularly in a balanced diet.
Benefits:
* Provides carbohydrates and natural energy.
* Contains potassium, which is important for muscles, nerves and normal heart function.
* Provides dietary fibre, which supports healthy digestion.
* Contains vitamin B6 and other micronutrients.
* 🏃 A convenient snack before or after physical activity.
What about fat?
Banana is naturally very low in fat. It does not contain a meaningful amount of either “good” or “bad” fat.
A medium banana (~100–120 g edible portion) has roughly:
