He is a child and suffering from 102% fever and stomach pain please guide me some madicine and appointment for sps Bhatia

Hi! Well I just came across your question but it seems you have put it almost 15 days ago. Hope you got timely treatment and the child is better now. For fever in a four year old child keep at home Syrup Calpol 240mg/5ml syrup. Give in the dose of 3.5 ml for fever. For stomach pain keep ready syrup cyclopam and 5ml can be given to relieve pain.
