temperature of 100.3°F (37.9°C) is a low-grade fever. With a runny nose and body aches, a viral respiratory infection such as a common cold or flu is one possibility, but symptoms alone cannot establish the cause. For now: Encourage plenty of fluids, rest, and light meals. Recheck her temperature periodically. If she is uncomfortable, paracetamol (acetaminophen) can help with fever/body aches, provided she normally can take it and has no relevant liver disease or other contraindication. Follow the dose on the package or her doctor's advice, and avoid taking multiple medicines that contain paracetamol.
