Q Fever plus running nose and body pain

AKindly use Dolo 650 mg tablets morning and evening after having meal for about 3 days... use cetrizine 10 mg daily night for 3 days...

Q Premature Ejaculation & Erectile Dysfunction

AUse SSRI drug like duloxetine 20mg..once daily..it will treat premature ejaculation and for erectile dysfuction use sildanefil tablet 100mg...once daily...

Q Cough for 12 days

ATake chest xray PA view...and also give CBNAAT TEST... Use grillinctus Dx syrup..5ml 3 times for 4 days if it is dry cough.. Use grillinctus BM syrup...5ml 3 times for 4 days..if it is productive cough...
