Large goiter have only way for sergery

Sergery is safe or critical and what is resk if sergery not perform i have goiter since 5 year and not any issue only swelling in nack

Yes , if it's getting more larger day by day it may give more symptoms
Large goiter even for now if not symptomatic ,will cause symptoms in future if u are not going to operate like hoarseness of voice ,while lying down h might develop difficulty in breathing..
So large goitre increasing in size at some stage cause compression symptoms like breathing difficulty , eating difficulty , change in your voice.
May contain a focus of cancer.
May result in thyroid hormone levels abnormality at some stage
About surgery it has some risk as other operations but easily done at gud centre with gud surgeon.
Post surgery biopsy result in cancer require further treatment.
Without surgery it ll stay and increase in size

Go to surgeon and check for tft,USG neck and biopsy for thyroid gland it can have complications like difficulty in breathing,cancer, calcification
