AThere are many vaccines but not routine or must for everyone,it also depends on individual immunity status,age ,female or male,profession like are u working in a health sector. For adults vaccines for Flu , hepatitis ,hpv etc are available and if ur family travelling abroad then particular vaccines are advisable ...contact me for further clarification

Q Large goiter have only way for sergery

ALarge goiter even for now if not symptomatic ,will cause symptoms in future if u are not going to operate like hoarseness of voice ,while lying down h might develop difficulty in breathing..
