Dr Gaurav Gupta

Dr. Gaurav Gupta has completed his Bachelor’s degree from R V Dental College, Bangalore & Masters in Orthodontics from Saraswati Dental College, Lucknow. Having been a meritorious student, he continues to keep the spirit of learning going and has received advanced training in Lingual Orthodontics, Orthodontic Implants & CAD-CAM Aligners, to name a few. He has authored a book titled ‘’ Visual Treatment Objective in Orthodontics-An Update’’ published by a German Publisher. He not only has numerous national and international journal publications, but also is on the editorial board of reputed journals. He is a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists. Driven by his passion for use of technology in daily dental practice, he completed his certification in Digital Marketing from EduCBA School of Business Studies. He has successfully completed certifications in advanced orthodontic procedures like lingual orthodontics (Dr. Hee Moon Kyung, Korea) orthodontic mini-implants (Dr. Thomas Leitz, Germany), CAD/CAM aligners (Invisalign). He has finished his mini residency in Advanced Orthodontics from Taipei Medical University,Taiwan.He has actively attended and lectured at many national and international conferences to keep himself updated with the latest in the specialty of orthodontics. He is instrumental in Digitizing the Voting process of Indian Orthodontic Society Election process which has its first trial during 24th PG Convention, Hyderabad. He has been the EC member of IOS from the past two consecutive years. He is currently Chairman, Public Awareness committee of IOS, Chairman, IOS Apps committee, Chairman, Mission Embrace Committee, Section Editor, IOS Times 2020 and also maintains his Private Dental Practice in Pune.
