Having more than 17years of vast surgical experience Presently working as Consultant General and laparoscopic surgeon at Manipal Hospitals, Whitefield, Banglore, He was heading the Department of General and laparoscopy since 5 yrs at Narayana multispeciality hospital Whitefield. His responsibilities include managing surgical work independently, teaching and training junior doctors and nurses, involved actively in hospital committees. Worked as Consultant General and laparoscopic surgeon at the yashomati hospital and Apollo clinic, Bangalore. Worked as Assistant professor at Vydehi Institute of medical sciences, Banglore and PES Institute of medical sciences, kuppam Worked as Clinical fellow in Gastroenterology at Queen hospitals, Birmingham, UK. Expertise in the entire range of Basic and Advanced Laparoscopic surgeries like Appendicectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernia repairs including Lap umbilical, lap Inguinal hernias, intestinal surgeries like Hemicolectomy, segmental resections, Stapler hemorrhoidectomy, perforation closure including intracorporeal suturing.Special interest in SILS for Diagnostic Laps and also Lap Appendicectomy and Lap Cholecystectomy.
