Neck pain and shoulder pain(both)

I have been suffering neck and shoulder pain last one month, I had treatment in dubai but no any result, doctor said in my both shoulder calcium deposited also nerve problems, so they suggested to take rest and continue therapy, but in Dubai not possible bcoz of my job Driver, I am planing to come next week coming to home and take treatment with your hospital, What is your opinoon? One of my friend introduce about your hospital, please advise me for further. Thank you.
