A sudden pushing sensation at the back of my head. 2. Loss of balance while walking or standing. I feel like I might fall. 3. Dizziness and lightheadedness, especially when I change my position or stand up quickly. 4. Sometimes a spinning sensation, as if the room is moving around me. 5. Mild nausea and difficulty in concentrating. Due to this condition, my daily activities are affected. I cannot walk properly without support. I feel unsafe climbing stairs or going out alone. I have consulted and taken medication like Vertin OD, but the symptoms are not fully relieved.
