i was having sex with call girl. i checked in the middle it was fine.i was about to ejaculate , she said the condom tore and i ejaculated partly inside and majority inside.. i asked her hiv status . she said she is negative .. seems has 2 yr old baby as she had caesarian marks. i am afraid of hiv .. i dont have any marks on my penis , like cuts abrasion e.t.c.. as i think the condom broke and i immediately removed and washed my penis with water and soap. i think may be for 5 seconds may be inside her vagina. even she is not bleeding and seems healthy.

Kindly get your viral markers done for the same.
HIV Virus is transmitted via sexual secretions. If you are anxious about contacting the disease ,you can get it checked in a tertiary health centre.
Get your viral markers checked. Also if it is possible ask the female to get a test too.
Preferably do a serology after 2 weeks-4 weeks and repeat after 1 month
If her virology was negative there is no need to worry but still u can go and take b virology test in a precautionary way.

1st of all risk of transmission through vaginal sex to male partner is less than 0.5%.
If next time anything happen like this then yo should take prophylaxis for same for which you can contact your nearby civil hospital where you will get FDC ( fix dose combination) of antiviral drug which you have to take one pill everyday for 28 days.
But remembers, this regimen must be started within 72 hours of exposure and best if taken within 2 hours.
Risk if getting infection is inversely proportional to time of starting antivirals.
And kindly get checked your viral markers and repeat after 3 months.

Whenever you indulge in sex with a commercial sex worker the risk of contacting disease is always there. You must get yourself check at regular intervals for such infections.

You must visit HIV/STD clinic and get started with ART Regimen as soon as possible and also get a blood test done for HIV 1&2, Anti HCV , HBsAg.
