Hi Doctor. I have had a mild runny nose and frequent sneezing since yesterday morning. I don't have a fever or body ache, just some mild throat irritation. What simple remedies or over-the-counter medicine would you recommend?

Hello! I noticed your post was a few days ago. If you're still having symptoms, a mild cold usually improves with rest, plenty of fluids, warm salt-water gargles, steam inhalation, and avoiding cold drinks. If symptoms worsen, last more than 7–10 days, or you develop high fever or breathing difficulty, please seek medical care.
Homoeopathy may also help in suitable cases after a proper assessment. If you're still unwell, you can book an online consultation with me for individualized treatment and guidance.
Just Take Allegra M OD and do warm gargle with turmeric and a pinch of salt.
U can have Tab Bilasure once a day... Before bed. Use Lukewarm water to drink. Hydrate properly and take good sleep.
Aconite nap 30 for 3 times a day for 3 days
Hello! Your symptoms—mild runny nose, frequent sneezing and slight throat irritation without fever or body ache—can commonly occur with a mild viral cold or allergy.
For now, stay well hydrated, take adequate rest, try warm fluids and warm salt-water gargles, and avoid dust, smoke and other possible triggers. Saline nasal drops/spray may also provide relief.
If your symptoms persist, worsen, or you develop fever, breathing difficulty, chest pain or severe throat pain, please seek medical evaluation.
If you need further guidance or your symptoms are not improving, you can book an online consultation with me so I can assess your symptoms properly and guide you accordingly.
