1 Years agoNamaskaar Dr shab मेरे पैर के पंजों में शून्यपन रहता है।6 माह हो गए है।जांच mri कराया कानपुर में तो dr shb ne बताया की रीड की हड्डडी में कोई नस दब रही । ऑपरेशन कराना पड़ेगा।plz give me some medicine solution।

I have sleeping problems. How to fix it?
1 Years agoIts been months that i am facing problems with my sleep. When i sleep , i feel like i am lacking oxygen and feels like how you accidentally forget to step on a staircase. Feels like my body is trapped inside a small cage and i cant move. And much more .
