- The spices in the potato patties not only enhance flavour but also have various advantages. Such as turmeric, which has anti-inflammatory properties, garam masala, cumin seeds, and red chilli powder, which helps in digestion.

- When potato patties get fried, they absorb some oil, and it is important that the type of oil used can alter the overall health benefits. If the oil used is good and healthy, such as olive oil, then it increases its benefits.

- Potato patties are also a good source of protein, as they include peas and other vegetables that help in maintaining muscle and make us healthy.

- The amount of fibre potato patties contain is very high, which helps us in digestion. Ingredients in potato patties, such as whole-grain dough and some vegetables, can make our bowel system work better.

- Potato patties can also cause digestive issues because of the presence of starch, such as constipation, gas, or bloating.

- Potato patties can increase the risk of heart disease because they contain saturated and trans fats, which lead to bad cholesterol.

- Potato patties are low in essential nutrients such as protein, healthy fats and fibre, which makes us unhealthy.

- Potato patties contain high salt, which can lead to high blood pressure and other diseases.
