Dr. Sandeep Rai is a Senior Consultant Physician & Diabetologist practicing In Navi Mumbai at Apollo Hospital Pasik Hill, CBD, Navi Mumbai, MGM New Bombay Hospital in Vashi, Navi Mumbai , Fortis Hospital in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and Medicare Polyclinic in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and has more than 28 years experience. He completed MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 1984, DNB - in Internal Medicine from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi in 1988 and Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetology (PGDD) from Annamalai Universtiy(Chennai) in 2009. He is National Board certified Medical Specialist and Member of National Medical Science Academy.He has earlier worked as Consultant at the prestigious Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi. He is a distinguished Faculty & invited Guest speaker /Chairperson in largest Diabetes Conference RSSDI in India. He is Professor of Medicine, Incharge Division of Diabetology & Head of Diabetes Speciality Clinic, an Advanced Centre for Diabetes Care & Research, at the MGMIHS. He is also an Invited speaker in International conferences like World Congress of Diabetology, Mayo ID, APICON, CID, DIPSI and much more. He is a visiting Professor in Diabetology to many prestigious Diabetes Institutes In India & is also an Invited speaker & steering Committee member for Global Health conferences sponsored by United Nations, World Health Organization & BRICS Nations. He is a member of Medical Council of India (MCI), Association of Physicians of India (API) and Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI).
