Dr. Manoj Bachhav journey on this path to become Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon started in Nashik in 2002 from NDMVPS’ Medical College from where he did MBBS following which, He completed M. General Surgery from L.T.M Medical College, at Sion, Mumbai and then, M. Plastic Surgery from KEM Hospital at Parel, Mumbai. In 2012, he received the prestigious Dr. Goolwala Award for the best trauma registrar at Mumbai and also ‘Vasudhan Arjun Laser fellowship’ conferred by Association of Plastic Surgeons of India (APSI). To his credit, He has publications in various National and International journals and also presented scientific work in various conferences. Post super speciality training, he worked as a superspeciality medical officer in Department of Plastic Surgery at KEM Hospital, Mumbai for one year. He has trained in reconstructive microsurgery at apex institutions the field like Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore. His interest in the field of cosmetic surgery increased during practice in Navi Mumbai. After gaining a good amount of experience and expertise, He wishes to serve the people of his hometown, Nashik.
