Dr Govind Verma

Dr. Govind Verma worked as head - dept. of gastroenterologist, hepatologist & therapeutic endoscopist at leading corporate hospitals in Hyderabad. He is having 21+ years of extensive experience. He has a special interest in the treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic disorders, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) like ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. During his experience from last 21 years, he has worked at leading oncology institutes (cancer) as head dept of GI oncology and treated many patients with obstructive jaundice, cancers of the esophagus, hepato-pancreatic-biliary cancers. He is trained for advanced therapeutic endoscopic interventions like ERCP, CBD-stenting, esophageal stenting, pancreatic stenting. He also has a special interest in endoscopic ultrasound (EUS). At Mumbai, he has gained experience in treating patients with functional bowel disease, motility disorders like achalasia cardia. He has gained experience in esophageal and rectal manometry, PH metry studies Dr. Govind Verma is Member & National Faculty of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology & Endoscopic Association of India.
