I have been suffering from massive haemoptysis for last week with 3 episodes of coughing blood. This condition was with me in the year 2017. At that time you were in APollo hospital and you throughly investigated me with CT SCAN, BROCHOSCOPY,ENDOSCOPY ,tb tEST ETC .But utlimately you reffered me to ENT Surgeon Dr. Venkatakarthekeyan. He did septoplasty with cauterization. After that treatment there was no bleeding till . I was totally normal for last seven years. After seven years same problem has occured . So i Wanted to get your consultation for the same. I am reaching Chennai on .

Monitor your Blood Pressure first... One of the most common causes of nose bleeds are due to high blood pressure induced rupture of end arteries of nose leading to such issue ... Overall there are 2 types of nose bleeds anterior or posterior... Would need some evaluation further for knowing the cause of nose bleed
