Dealing with anxiety attacks but now I can't deal with this anymore this is killing me from inside. Muze breathing main problem hone lagti hai headache hota hai heartbeat tej hojati hai ghabrahat hoti hai bahot jyada body main bilkul bhi energy nhi rehti hai i feel like I will die bahot jyada helpless feel hota hai oos time

When an anxiety attack comes, remind yourself that you are safe. Slowly inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, and exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds—repeat this for a few minutes. Sit or lie down, place your hand on your chest, and tell yourself, “This will pass.” Sip some water and focus on grounding—touch something near you or name 5 things you can see. Afterward, rest. If attacks continue, please seek a therapist for ongoing support.
