He has performed over 4500 Cardiac Surgeries, 1600 thoracic procedures and 65 Heart and Lung Transplants which speak volumes about his success in critical surgeries. His practice encompasses the entire spectrum Cardiothoracic & Vascular surgery, with special focus on minimally invasive cardiac surgeries, total arterial beating heart revascularisation, complex redo-heart surgery, valve repairs and congenital cardiac surgery. Having completed his medical degree from Bangalore medical college, he did his Masters in General Surgery from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.
