After graduation she served as Short Service Commissioned Officer in Army Medical Corps where she was adjudged the Best Officer in Medical Officers Basic Course. She was also awarded the ‘Seva Sena Medal’ for meritorious services rendered in the Chamb – Jaurian Sector of J & K. After her marriage Post Graduation in Internal Medicine from G.S.V.M. Medical College & since 1993, she is in active practice establishing herself as Consultant in Internal Medicine of great repute in a short span of time. Her special interests are Diabetes & Critical Care. Dr. Rastogi Served in various positions in the Executive Committee of IMA Kanpur including vice President IMA Kanpur, President of Physicians Forum of Kanpur & Secretary of Kanpur Diabetes Association & Joint Secretary & Member Executive Committee of UP Diabetes Association, Chairman of IMA Academy of Medical Specialties, Kanpur Subchapter.
