Dr Mihir Raut

Dr. Mihir Raut have done his Post graduation in Medicine from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Mumbai, after which he did Postdoctoral Fellowship in Diabetology from DrMohan's Diabetes Speciality Centre and Madras Diabetes Research Foundation, recognized by Dr.MGR University exam, Chennai. He was the first Postdoctoral Fellow from DMDSC to have successfully completed the course as well as the University exam. It was his good fortune to have worked with Padmashree Prof, V.Mohan Sir a world renowned Diabetologist and Researcher in Chennai. After gaining much experience in the field he returned to Mumbai and worked as an Asst.Professor in Medicine in K.J.Somaiya Medical College, where he was primarily taking care of Diabetic OPD, Inpatient critical diabetic patient management, and Gestational Diabetes. He have actively participated in National Diabetes Conferences in the last several years. presented posters and published articles in national, spreading public international journals and local newspapers. He have spreading public interest in awareness and patient education about the rising epidemic of diabetes and obesity and he is often involved in giving public talks for the same.
