Obstetric skills: Have immense exposure on the management of labor and its complications. Have conducted significant difficult deliveries using forceps and vacuum. Can perform life-saving B-lynch suturing, uterine artery ligation, internal artery ligation, and obstetric hysterectomies. Operative skills: Having had an opportunity to work and learn under Dr. Y S Nandanwar, Dr. Rahul Mayekar and Dr. Kishori Kadam, have conducted multiple open, vaginal and laparoscopic surgeries independently. Can do laparoscopic hysterectomies, myomectomies, fistula repairs on my own. Can do therapeutic hysteroscopic surgeries like polyp/fibroid removal, metroplasty. Have undergone training in hysteroscopy and endoscopy with Dr. Rajesh Modi, Akola, and Dr. Sanjay Patel, Ahmedabad. Infertility Management: Have been immensely trained by Dr. Kishori Kadam (my Mom) regarding infertility management who herself has been doing it with ease since for the past 25 years. Academic skills: Experience in performing clinical research in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as in preparing manuscripts. Experienced at resident/ undergraduate student teaching.
