Dr. Jitender Taneja is a medical graduate (MBBS) from the renowned Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, New Delhi and has specialized in Dermatology (MD) from the most prestigious Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. He is also a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in the field of Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprosy and a Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS). He is a Consultant Dermatologist with experience in Clinical Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery and Lasers in Dermatology. He has been associated with HCL Healthcare in affiliation with Johns Hopkins Medicine International, USA and also with Metro group of Hospitals. Dr. Jitender Taneja has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology and treats acne, scars, pigmentation, warts, moles and aging skin using the latest techniques. He has expertise in performing cosmetology procedures like chemical peels, lasers for scars and pigmentation, radiofrequency excisions, dermabrasion, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, botox and fillers. He has mastered his surgical skills for earlobe repair, mole excision, lipoma and cyst excision, skin grafting for vitiligo, scar revision surgery, nail surgeries etc. The doctor has also received formal training in advanced botox and fillers at various national and international workshops.
