With a dual experience of 7 years in a General Hospital Psychiatry Unit as well as a Tertiary Care Neuropsychiatry Centre she is well equipped to handle both severe and chronic mental illnesses as well as common mental disorders.Trained at the prestigious Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, one of the apex Neuropsychiatry centers of India, Dr. Aninda uses an integrative and comprehensive approach to achieve a state of optimal health and mental well-being for her patients. An expert in adolescent and relationship counseling, Dr. Aninda is a specialist in cognitive behavioral therapy, marital therapy, and supportive counseling.
