Dr. Sandhya is a Dental Surgeon by profession, however, along with being proficient in dentistry, she has a keen passion for promoting wellness in a holistic way. With this vision, she started Saama Wellness Center which is a one-stop shop for all holistic offerings under one roof. Saama believes that in order for one to have a sound mind, it is important to have a sound body- hence the center offers dental care, diagnostic services such as full range of blood and urine tests and physiotherapy. On the flip side it is imperative to have a sound mental state for one to have a good physical body- keeping this in mind the center offers hypnotherapy ( to address relationship issues, fears, phobias, tobacco addiction, addictions, interpersonal issues,anger management etc), counselling, coaching, yoga, meditation.The center is a hub for health workshops, personal growth programs, Heal your Life workshops, Reiki, and Pranic healing workshops etc.The center is associated with The Hypnotherapy School of India and offer certificate programs in Hypnotherapy. The center also houses a spa where holistic massages are offered to detoxify the body. In addition, the center has a music academy and offer drum, keyboard and guitar classes. The center has multipurpose halls which people can rent out for various uses- They come fully equipped with projector and AC. Along with being a dental specialist, Dr. Sandhya is a licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor. She is a certified NLP practitioner as well and uses NLP and TA techniques in Counselling. She offers wellness programs for corporates and at schools. The center supports the NGO creating futures whose focus is on improving the employability of educated unemployed youth of lower socioeconomic status thereby getting them off the streets and offering them a decent livelihood.
