AIts been 12days so we have to do few investigation and lifestyle modification better to consult proper diagnosis and treatment #for temporary relief 1.steaming with turmeric for 2-3 times 2.salt water gargling 3.hot water and food consumation 4.light food consumation 5.avoid cold, spicy ,dust,pollen 6.take proper rest
