Dr. A Lakshmi Kumari is a Consultant Gynecologist/Obstetrician and Reproductive Medicine specialist at Fortis Hospital, Bangalore. She completed her MBBS from Guntur Medical College, after which she went on to pursue her DGO from University of Health Sciences AP. Dr. Lakshmi also holds a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from Fortis Hospital, Bangalore. Over the course of her illustrious career that has spanned over 18 years, she has gained immense experience in conducting normal vaginal deliveries, normal vaginal birth after Caesarean section (VBAC), Caesarean section (elective, Emergency and High risk), ovulation induction for PCOS, and IUI. Dr. Lakshmis areas of special interest include high risk obstetrics (pregnancy induced hypertension, gestational diabetes, anemia) & infertility treatment, Trans vaginal pelvic scans, ovulation induction for PCOS, and IUI (Intra Uterine Insemination).
