While stool blood is flowing out

Namaste 🙏🏼, I have a problem of blood loss while stool i found a pimple type layer at edges on inner skin. I dont have pain while gone to washroom and my urine is always form bubbles foam and yellowish color Please suggest what remidies to take to be healthy
