Suffering with stiffness in spine

I had c5 c6 disc bulge 1 year back present I am suffering vth somuch of severe spinal stiffness I had consulted vth doctor they gave me the suggestion to do physiotherapy and exercise am doing this but it's not reducing pls give me the solution for this.
