Need a serum for skin brightening and glowing

I'm using tretin 0.025 composition from 10-12 months. Currently I'm not having acne. Should I stop using it or continue doing so ? And I want to use a serum for glowing and brightening skin. Can you recommend one ? Skin type- dry n sensitive
