I got my period 10 days early. When shall I start the tablet Yasmin from? My pcod treatment is going on. I have to take tablets yasmin and normoz.

Regarding delayed periods

Last month,I had dry humping and after 7 days I got my normal periods but this month I didn't get my periods they are already delayed for 10 days is it normal or chances of pregnancy . I am having poor sleep schedule and diet

I have been having irregular periods since last year August. Suggestion/Diagnosis

I have pcos, my period was normal but i missed period last month . This has happened earlier so i thought it was not a problem. Now I got my period this month but late and bleeding is less. Also from few days I can hear some continuous ringing/beep in my right ear. And I can hear my heartbeat when I go to sleep and my ear is pressed my pillow. Also my heartbeat becomes suddenly fast and I feel very strong pulse in my nick,arms, thigh,fingers, back What is happening? Which Dr should I visit a gynecologist or ent specialist?

SONOGRAPHY OF BOTH BREAST Breast shows normal fibroglandular component. Well defined hypochioc solid lesion measuring 1.4 x 0.8 CM at right 12 o'clock position and 8 × 4 mm at retroareolar region and 6 x 5 mm at right 11 o'clock position and 1 o'clock position. Few simple cyst noted on right 11 o'clock position largest measuring 5 x 5 mm with surrounding hyperechoic breast parenchyma. Simple cyst measuring 1.0 x 0.6 CM noted at left retroareolar region. No evidence of micro or macro calcification. Few subcentimetric bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy noted with preserved fatty hilum, Largest measuring 10 × 7 mm. On right side and 7 mm on left side. Auxillary tail region appears normal. Conclusion: Few small fibroadenoma in right breast. Few small simple cyst in both breast with focal fibrocystic changes at right 11 o'clock position. Bilateral auxiliary lymphadenopathy.
