Swelling in lymph nodes

I am suffering pain in lymph nodes near private part 4 months before I had operated 12 cm fibroid in medical college at the same time Antara injection is injected after the operation. My periods not come from that time. Two weeks before I have suffering from pain near private part with feeling their is ganth and smelly urine and itching and also brownish period will be come two weeks.
