Hello. Knee pain inside and below the patella with swelling especially if MRI is normal, is commonly due ti conditions like patellofemoral pain syndrome, bursitis,or early tendinitis. Cycling can overload the antwerior knee if if saddle height or alignment is improper. I recommend; 1. Temporary activity modification 2. Ice application10 to15 min twice daily. 3. Quadriceps stegnthening. 4. Hamstring and calf stretching. 5. If required patellar taping. A proper physiotherapy assesment can help identify muscle imbalance or tracking issues. You may book an online consultation foe detailed exercise guidance

It is a case to assess your affected knee first. If diagnosis is not clear. It should be checked by physiotherapist with some manual special joint tests . Suggested for MRI test again.

If your MRI and X-ray reports are normal but you are still having knee pain for the last 2 years, it can sometimes be due to **ligament strain, muscle imbalance, cartilage irritation, overuse, or early functional joint problems** which may not always appear clearly in imaging reports. Since your pain improves while taking medicines but returns afterwards, it suggests that the **underlying cause still needs proper evaluation**. Homeopathic treatment can help in such chronic joint pains by considering your **complete symptoms, physical activity, past history, and lifestyle**. Please bring your **MRI and X-ray reports along with previous prescriptions** during consultation. A detailed assessment will help in understanding the exact cause of your knee pain and planning the appropriate treatment. Meanwhile, avoid excessive strain on the knee, continue **gentle exercises or physiotherapy as advised**, and avoid activities that increase the pain.
