ILD….pulmonary fibrosis…post covid patient

Dad is suffering from ILD for the past 5 years ….he had just the major prob of cough …rest all fine. Inhalers and other meds not working. Can you pls suggest some treatment for the cough.

would be better if you consult with chest x ray and PFT report. for the time being, for temp relief, take syrup brozedex 2 tsp thrice daily for 5 days

If he is having dry cough give capsule Benz pearls three times a day ..syrup reswas 5 ml two times a day ....tab abflo n two times a day
