Headache blurred vision

Sir assalamualaikum I have Headache with left side of body pain constipation blurred vision nuesea from last 6 months I have done MRI EEG all are clear but I have countinue symptoms doctor says you have anxiety now I have last hope on you sir please reply

Kindly get an ECG also done as the involved side is the left side. If the blurring of vision is also on the left side kindly consider doing a field test
