Since yesterday son is having fever .Yesterday it was mild but morning temperature went upto 103.3 .On advise given calpol 250 went down to 102.5 .Felt shivering and Cold .Chest Congestion.New in Surat so no idea where to get checked .if we can get advise and prescription
