I am getting some nerve issue... My legs nerve always gets compress on very high level.... Whenever I walk , it starts paining... My body posture false down.... Can't able to stand fully straight... I have a problem in my L4 L5 where my nerves getting touch.... My blood circulation in my left side is getting poor... Should it be treatable without surgery... Right knee pain

Right knee TKR advised but want to know can Hyaluronic acid inj or PRP help out. She has pain in knee while walking. She has been operated for her spine 2024 so we dont want to again get into surgery. She also has Parkinson. If the injection can help would be great. Mobility is not much, mostly at home. Need your advise so accordingly I can get her for the check up.
