I worked as a Lecturer in famous Wanless Hospital in Nashik I started the first Laparoscopic Surgery Centre of North Maharashtra in 1993, and since then I am doing advanced Laparoscopic Surgeries. I am a National faculty for training of surgeons in Laparoscopic surgery. Presently, I am an EC member of IAGES and HSI India. I am also an invited member of SAGES CME committee of USA".
