Dr. Vikaspanthri is a privileged member of the prestigious International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), and Asian Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons (AAHRS). He is a well qualified and fully trained Anesthesiologist and critical care specialist from the prestigious Lt MMC and Lt MGH Hospital, Mumbai. All throughout a meritorious student known for excelling in patient care and technical skills, he set his sight on the field of cosmetic surgeries, especially hair transplant, in the year 2009. Trained under the expert guidance of many renowned hair transplant surgeons, his search for excellence in hair restoration first took him for training under Dr. Satyarthaprakash in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Later he received hair transplant training under renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Ashutosh Misra. Finally his search for learning the finer details and nuances of hair restoration took him under the wings of world-renowned cosmetic and hair transplant surgeon and his mentor and guru Dr. Sanjiv Vasa (Global committee member international society of hair restoration, founder of association of hair restoration surgeons of India, past president of Asian association of hair restoration surgeons) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has successfully performed many hair transplants as well as learned newer techniques in the already established field of PRP therapy and medical management of alopecia. Known for high moral ethics and excellent patient-doctor rapport, he is extremely popular amongst his patients and believes that counseling plays a major role in having a satisfied patient in end.
