He served as an Assistant Professor at Manipal University for a period of one year followed by Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram, Wardha for two years where he established a Neurosurgery department single handedly. Dr. Jagdhane is actively involved in clinical research. In his pursuit for enhanced knowledge, Dr. Jagdhane keenly participates in national & international conferences, both as a speaker and delegate. Recently, he was invited as an honorable guest at Seoul, South Korea for a prestigious spine meeting. He hones his skills through the medium of workshops focused on his area of speciality. Dr. Jagdhane started practicing in 2013 and in a short span has gained wide medical experience in the course of his career. His professional track record includes over 900 Neurosurgical Spinal and Cranial cases executed till date. Besides this, Dr. Jagdhane is well versed in the management of Traumatic Cranial and Spinal Injuries with a strong understanding of Neurosurgical ICU Management. Dr. Jagdhane’s areas of interests include Complex Spinal Surgery, Minimal Invasive Neurosurgery procedures & Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery.
