This is for Ayurvedic Doctor Madhumita at Nanganallur. To clarify on the treatment modalities for Diabetes with Ayurveda. Newly deducted,but no symptoms.

For Diabetes detected early, start with yoga for 30 mins ,meditation 10 mins , follow diet schedule . Your Dinner should be by 8 pm .Avoid Rice and wheat roti in dinner ,rest all can have .Breakfast is must .can have traditional breakfast or just poha in Tea or milk.
