Have completed courses in preventive cardiology, integrated diabetology, Aromatherapy, pulse diagnosis, Transcendental meditation, integrated Ayurved in USA, and yoga. She has a passion to treat everyone with knowledge acquired and heal them to make them live happy and healthy day.

Q Diabetes treatment in Ayurveda

AFor Diabetes detected early, start with yoga for 30 mins ,meditation 10 mins , follow diet schedule . Your Dinner should be by 8 pm .Avoid Rice and wheat roti in dinner ,rest all can have .Breakfast is must .can have traditional breakfast or just poha in Tea or milk. Many Ayurvedic Diabetic churna are available in market .can try one. For detailed treatment consult me .can do online also.
